COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
The CLEARED CERSI IVD Platform is a collaborative space that connects regulators, researchers, clinicians, industry partners, and patient representatives to share insights, evidence, and innovation in diagnostic regulation. To maintain a trusted, inclusive, and professional community, we ask all participants to follow these principles:
Be Respectful and Professional

Treat all participants with courtesy. Constructive discussion and diverse perspectives are encouraged — personal, discriminatory, or inflammatory comments are not.

Share Evidence-Based Contributions

Posts and discussions should be grounded in science, data, and professional experience. When sharing opinions, clearly indicate them as such and support them where possible with credible sources.

Maintain Confidentiality and Integrity

Do not share confidential or commercially sensitive information. Ensure that all shared materials respect privacy, data protection, and intellectual property rights.

Stay On Topic and Add Value

Contributions should relate to CLEARED CERSI IVD’s mission — advancing regulatory science for diagnostic technologies. Posts that are off-topic, promotional, or unrelated to regulatory science may be moderated or removed.

Engage Constructively

Challenge ideas, not individuals. Use discussion to explore solutions, share best practices, and strengthen mutual understanding across disciplines.

Moderation and Oversight

The CLEARED team maintains light-touch moderation to support open, professional exchange. Moderators may edit or remove content that breaches these guidelines and will contact users directly where clarification is needed. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

Transparency and Accountability
All users are expected to engage under their real names and institutional affiliations. This ensures transparency, builds trust, and maintains the professional integrity of the CLEARED CERSI IVD's community.

Together, we are building a community that embodies CLEARED’s core values — collaboration, transparency, and scientific excellence — to advance regulatory science for diagnostics in the UK and beyond.
